Double Elixir Game Mode Tips

Double Elixir game mode is similar to a normal game with its rules. You can play with any normal decks in this game mode. But you should understand some differences. You have to play more aggressively and you have to respond your opponent very quickly. Below I share a few tips that might work in this game mode:

  • You should use area damage cards. Since your opponent can make big pushes, you will need these cards to stop him. Also, you can choose a troop card or a spell card. You can choose which one you play more efficiently. I prefer troops over spells but they are more useful for me.
    • Rocket
    • Tornado
    • Executioner
    • Bowler
    • Valkyrie
    • Wizard
  • To tell you the truth, beatdown style strategies are more useful in this game mode. Because when you turn to cycle style decks like Hog Rider, you give your opponent a chance to counter-push. This is something you don’t want because the elixir flows so fast.
  • You’re not the only one with beatdown style decks. When an opponent comes up with this way, you will need high DPS cards to stop him.
    • Inferno Dragon
    • Night Witch
    • P.E.K.K.A.
    • Mini P.E.K.K.A.
  • Spells are important. Without them, your chances of survival will be very low. You can stop your opponent first by selecting big spell cards. Then you can make counter push.
  • You have to follow the elixir. You shouldn’t let the elixir leak and you need to know that even if you get too many elixirs, you will need them all.

I hope these decks have helped you. As long as you use the decks correctly you can get a lot of wins. Please, continue to be around for other deck suggestions.
